Increase compensation upper limit from £20 in the event your garment is lost by Royal Mail or Evri on its way to or from our seamstress.
Please note that in order to claim postage insurance, Royal Mail and Evri insist on you providing proof of posting (the receipt you will be given when you hand in your parcel at a Post Office) and a receipt showing the value of your garment.
Unfortunately, if you can't prove the value of your garment, Royal Mail do not provide compensation, even in the case of tracked services.
